The case detail page is where you track one application end-to-end - workflow timeline, CIBIL, bank allocation, documents, notes, and lifecycle actions (in-house).

Workflow card
- Logged by - partner user who created the case
- Open market: Handled by Dymora assignee when set
- Pipeline - read-only stages for open market; managed by Dymora
- History - status changes with notes and timestamps
CIBIL
- Score display when report exists
- Pull CIBIL Report / Re-pull (consent modal)
- Plan limits may block pull - contact Dymora to upgrade
Bank allocation
- Allocate to bank (Manager / Admin, in-house)
- Change bank via reject + re-allocate flow
- Edit banker contact (Manager / Admin)
- Mark allocation rejected with reason
- Open market with no bank: Dymora assigns; you track status only
Documents
- View uploaded files
- Upload additional documents when status allows
Notes
- Add note - internal comments (Admin, Manager, Executive)
- Visible in timeline for your organisation

For eligible in-house cases using CIBIL prefill, an AI decision panel may show risk hints. These are advisory only - final decisions remain with your team and lenders.

Available when case type = in-house and your role is Manager or Admin.
